Fianancial data

At the following prices all expenses are included: electricity-water-common expences-internet. (the cost of electricity is covered till the ammount of 250 kwh per month – any excess ways on the tenant using the current price of DEI).
Price list:
for 3 months total renting period or more: 790 euro per month (all included)
for 1 till 2 months total renting period: 870 euro per month (all included)
for total renting period shorter than 1 month: 35 euro per day (all included)
for total renting period shorter than 10 days: 40 euro per day (all included)
Guarantee: 300 euro which are returned to the tenant at the end of the stay.
For 3 months total renting period or more the guarantee is one monthly rent.
