From 1 to 3 months: €890 / month

From 10 to 29 days: €70 / day

From 2 to 9 days: €80 / day

For the months of July and August, pricing is calculated on a daily basis.

The above prices include operating expenses (water, common/shared building expenses, internet).
For daily stays, electricity is included in the price.
For longer stays, electricity consumption is charged to the tenant.
For stays under 10 days, bed linen is also provided.

Security Deposit:

1 month’s rent for long-term stays

€300 for stays under 1 month (refundable after the end of the lease)
The deposit is not offset against rent.

Arrivals/departures taking place on weekends, public holidays, or outside delivery hours (13:00 – 17:00) are only available upon special arrangement and incur an additional charge.
