For stays under 9 days, bed linen is also provided.

Security Deposit:

For stays under 3 months: €300
The deposit is not offset against rent and is always refunded after the end of the lease.

Arrivals/departures that take place on weekends, public holidays, or outside delivery hours (13:00 – 17:00) are only available upon special arrangement and incur an additional charge.
