For the months of July and August, prices apply on a daily basis.

The above prices include operating expenses (water, shared building expenses, internet).
For daily stays, electricity is included in the price.
For longer stays, electricity consumption is charged to the tenant.
For stays under 10 days, bed linen is also provided.

Security Deposit:

1 month’s rent

For stays under 3 months: €300
The deposit is not offset against rent and is always refunded after the end of the lease.

Arrivals/departures taking place on weekends, public holidays, or outside delivery hours (13:00 – 17:00) are only available upon special arrangement and incur an additional charge.
