At the following prices all expenses are included: electricity-water-common expenses-internet. (the cost of electricity is covered till the amount of 250 kwh per month.Any additional consumption is charged by the Renter for 0,30€ per kwh hour.

At spaces less than 9 days are included sheets and towels
Guarantee: 300 euro which are returned to the tenant at the end of the stay.
For 3 months total renting period or more the guarantee is one monthly rent.
The guarantee is not set of, in any case with rent and is returned to the tenant at the end of the stay when the apartment is delivered, within 3 working days.

Arrivals / departures performed at weekends and Holidays after contacting and have an extra charge.
This house is offered without any real estate fee.
